Even though the bar council of India usually does not interfere in affairs of SCB a, or the bar association, situation has left many numbers distressed and dismayed, stated the resolution.
It also says that if the resolution of 8th may is allowed to be continued, it was caused irretrievable damage to unlawfully elected office bearers of SCBA. The removal of Mr Arora was discussed by the BCI in a meeting on 11th May.
The chairman of meeting ABC Mr Manan Kumar Mishra, is a voting member of the SC BA, he did not participate in the discussion which was presided over by Vice Chairman Mr Satish Deshmukh.
The council Express that they were extremely sorry with the event that took place on 8th May where in the easy and ac BA made some discussions including suspending Mr Arora which was illegal, Cavalier, undemocratic by the council.
