NEPAL DELAYS TALK TO AMEND CONSTITUTION FOR UPDATING

Nepal has delayed discussion for the amendment in the constitution to update the country’s map showing Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura in Parliament.
Prime Minister KP Oli has decided to seek national consensus on the issue regarding the border dispute with India. The said proposal for the Constitution amendment was to be tabled in Parliament on Tuesday but it got delayed as PM KP Oli said that he wanted to hold an all party meeting to discuss the matter. KP Oli is seeking other parties views on the issue and called the all party meeting to forge national consensus before moving the Constitution amendment forward.
