Justice Vibha Kankanwadi Aurangabad Bench of Bombay High court, granted transit anticipatory bail to Shantanu Muluk , an activisit, who was involved in the “toolkit” social media case. The bail was granted for 10 days.
Shantanu Muluk pleaded that Delhi Police had seized his materials without due process of law in his native town, Beed.
Muluk also stated that he was working with Bonafide intentions and had no intention of promoting any sort of rivalry between two communities. His protests were peaceful and his intentions with regards to the farmers protests were of Bonafide nature.
State had just tried to supress his voice of dissent in the country and this was blatantly disregarding law and justice.
