Sonu Sood had appealed against the order of the City Civil court, Dindoshi, of rejecting his plea of interim relief against any action of Brihanmumbaimumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), with regards to his residential property at Juhu.
The Honble Justice PK Chavan had heard the case and has reserved the order. According to BMC there were certain additions to the property (Section 53, Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act), which were implemented and constructed before the permission of BMC and beyond the plans that were submitted to BMC.
The Advocate, Amogh Singh, on behalf of Sonu Sood contended that the notice of BMC was vague and the order of the City Civil Court, impugned.
The Advocate on behalf of BMC contended that there was concealment of facts on behalf of Sonu Sood, that the unauthorised constructions were demolished and rebuilt with no notice to BMC.
The Bombay High Court rejected the plea of Sonu Sood for interim relief.
