A day after the J&K HC fixes Dec 16 to hear the UT administration petition seeking to review it’s October 9 judgment scraping the Roshni Act, which seeks to cancel all the land transfers made by state government to the private individuals, on the request of the UT administration, the J&K HC brought forward the date of hearing to Dec 11.
There are irregularities in the land transfers, and therefore the CBI is looking into the matter and Investigating the matter regarding the alleged irregularities.
The additional advocate general, Aseem Sawhney said that the CBI need not to reinvestigate all the case again which are already probed by the Anti-corruption Bureau but should start probing the big encroachers first.
