The Mohali Police has arrested three members of the notorious Kala Kachchha/Kacha Baniyan gang involved in at lest four murder cases and over a dozen of robberies.
They were settled in Baddi, an industrial town of district Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
The name of the gang is being derived from its modus operandi, where gang members commit crimes dressed in black shorts and vests.
