This order was given by a division bench on a petition filed by the Trust.

The Petition had sought-after the quashing of the Wakf Board’s order because it is against natural justice. The Petition states that the board can not interfere in the work of the trust unless there’s sturdy proof. it’s a violation of Section sixty-five of the Wakf Act, 1995. The Petitioner wasn’t given notice before the order was issued. In such cases, the board doesn’t have the right to take action.
