Civil Court of Mathura today dismissed a suit moved to eliminate the Shahi Idgah Masjid on grounds that it was built on Krishna Janmabhoomi land.
The order was meted out by ADJ Chayya Sharma.
The Court declined to engage the supplication refering to the bar on conceding the case under the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991.
The common suit moved by Hindu divinity, Lord Shri Krishna Virajmanhad, through next companions, had looked for the expulsion of infringements and the mosque.
The plaintiff stated that under the Hindu Law , “it is well recognized that the property once vested in the deity shall continue to be the deities property and property vested in the deity is never destroyed or lost and it can be regained and re-established whenever it is freed, found or recovered from the clutches of invaders, ultras or hoodlums.”
Finally this suit was dismissed by the court.
