CM’s Advocates Welfare Scheme: Delhi HC calls official from LIC, NIAC to decide premium rates

The Delhi high court has directed the insurance Company and also the New India Assurance Company to present their officers before the court on ensuing hearing to determine on the premium rates for the advocates’ insurance schemes.
