BCI Resolves to allow only final year students to appear for online examinations others be promoted on the basis of previous years marks

keeping in mind the Current COVID-19 situation the Bar Council of India (BCI) has come to a decision that Final year students of 3 years and 5-year law courses may be allowed to appear in online Examinations.
And those who cannot appear for online examinations due to any reasons, the universities are free to choose any alternatives to conduct examinations.
Also the students of the intermediate semester it has been directed to promote them on the basis of the previous year’s performance and marks obtained in the internal examination.
The end semester examination to be taken within a month of the reopening of the colleges as directed.
All the examinations to be taken maintaining the highest academic standard. These guidelines have been issued keeping in mind the UGC guidelines issued on 27 April.
lastly, proper measures should be taken regarding Covid-19 sanitizing the premises and maintaining social distance. safety and health of students should not be compromised by any cost.
